Mr. Arun Kumar Patil is the Managing Director of CADMAXX, India’s leading Engineering services company. “Confidence and Motivation leads to success” – it has proved in my case as MD for 8+ year’s old and most leading organization “CADMAXX Solutions Education trust” with a vision to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value based education enabling development of their limitless potential and employment to the youths and make INDIA a self-reliance. India’s biggest and the worst unresolved and unsolved issue is unemployment. Right to Education is the only solution for these problems. My prime focus is to educate the people and provide an employment else motivate for self-employment to make India the leading Country on the world map.
